1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant with farsa and the doctor has found the injury simple in nature.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this. There is admitted land dispute between the parties. The injury is simple in nature. Case and counter case.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has also opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 162 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
