As per order dated 06.04.2018 all the nine petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail but in advertantaly in cause title, the name of petitioner no.8 Suraj Rishidev son of Gengu Rishidev was wrongly printed as Suraj Devi daughter of Gengu Rishidev. The name of petitioner no.8 is accordingly corrected and modified as Suraj Rishidev son of Gengu Rishidev. The order dated 06.04.2018 be read accordingly. The date of surrender of petitioner no.8 namely Suraj Rishidev in connection with Banmankhi P.S.Case No.303 of 2017 pending in the Court of ACJM-Ist, Purnea is extended for three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the court below.
