One country made pistol and 15 live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.8.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.844 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.182 of 2015.
