JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 17.07.2021, passed in Arms case no. 01 of 2018 by the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.
