Case No. 111 of 2025 and accordingly, they are being heard together and disposed of with this common order.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-115(2), 126(2), 333, 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S.

4. According to FIR, 17 named accused persons having entered into house of the informant, assaulted her (informant) and her sister-in-law (Gotani), Munni Devi.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. The specific allegation against the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 (in Cr. Misc. No. 54339 of 2025) is of assaulting Khanti blow on the head of Munni Devi and of instigating the accused persons respectively. So far as the petitioner Ajay Kumar is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him. The allegation against this petitioner is general and omnibus. There is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioners (in Cr. Misc. No. 54339 of 2025) are under custody since 22-05-2025 whereas the petitioner (in Cr. Misc. No. 54753 of 2025) is in custody since 26-05-2025.

6. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Case No. 111 of 2025 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
