JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is further pointed out that the learned Additional Session Judge-IV, Nawada has referred several paragraphs of the case diary but in those paragraphs there is no cognet evidence to connect the petitioner in the alleged crime. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.02.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3202 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Raujauli P.S.Case No. 05 of 2015.
