In my opinion, the writ petition seeking to question the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21790 of 2012 (2) dt.14-09-2018 advertisements published in the year 2008 and 2009 vide Annexures 13 and 14 respectively after a lapse of 4 years was grossly belated and the passage of 10 years when this matter is taken up, the issue has been rendered academic.
