Learned counsel for the respondents point out that the matter relates to the allotment of Flat to the writ petitioner who is Member of the Legislative Assembly and the term having expired, no cause of action survives. Further, it was submitted that the petitioner has again been elected for the 16th Legislative Assembly and have also been allotted accommodation.
