JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the mother-in-law of the informant apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after five years of her marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim had committed suicide and the accusation is not specific against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the victim died after five years of marriage and the petitioner being lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on
