JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 51537 of 2016 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after nine months. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant application at this stage. Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner is given liberty to file a petition in terms of the order dated 30.01.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 51537 of 2016.
