The petitioner is seeking bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 194/2013 registered for offence punishable under Sections 324/307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is an allegation of causing injury by Gadansa. This Court while rejecting bail of the petitioner vide order dated 02.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48022/2015 gave liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the month of January, 2016.

Looking into the facts of the case and submissions of counsels for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
