JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.04.2019. He submits that the nature of injuries sustained by the victim is grievous in nature but the victim has not gone for treatment to PMCH which is indicative of the fact that injuries are simple in nature.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for about nine months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The
