Co-accused Mohit Kumar was caught by the informant while he appeared in an examination in place of petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 31.7.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.221 of 2013.
