It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.06.2015 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kundra P.S.Case No. 97 of 2014.
