Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C1- 436 of 2013 registered under Sections- 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled in the complaint petition are general and omnibus and nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity but it is she who does not want to live with this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/436 of 2013.
