It is submitted by learned counsels for the parties that the similar grounds and substantial questions of law sought to be raised by the appellants have already been considered and dismissed by this Court in M.A. No. 404 of 2008, CIT(1), Patna and Anr. Vs. Alkem Laboratories Ltd., with respect to the same respondent by order dated 30.03.2015.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the present appeal is also dismissed for the same reasons.
