Case No. 66 of 2017 dated 21.03.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name transpired in the confession of the co-accused who was arrested in connection with another case. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today is directed to be released on bail on
