Mr.Narsingh Tanti ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.318 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the marriage, the daughter of the informant along with her husband Raushan Sharma (son of the petitioners) used to reside separately to the petitioners and due to quarrel with her

No.50886 of 2019(2) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 husband, the daughter of the informant committed suicide but with an ulterior motive, the petitioners, who are parents-in-law of the daughter of the informant, have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, Raushan Sharma, the husband of the daughter of the informant, is already in custody since 09.07.2019.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.318 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
