Annexure-2 is the order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Jamui.
Petitioner wants quashing of the same, because the tribunal has rejected his claim for a direction upon the respondents to appoint him on the post of Teacher in Nagar Parishad, Jamui.
There is a clear and categorical finding given that at no point of time any list of untrained teachers was drawn up in the circumstances indicated therein and if there was no merit list prepared for untrained teachers, the claim of the petitioner that he was at the top of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3766 of 2015 dt.17-03-2015 2/2 list of merit position is an unacceptable as well as unbelievable kind of assertion to ascertain.
Over and above, the process and procedure for such selection has undergone a change. In view of the same, no interference is warranted with Annexure-2, dated 20th of January, 2015.
Writ application is dismissed.
