JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court taking note of allegation leveled against him but liberty was given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. However, charge has already been framed and, admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Sessions Trial no. 15 of 2017 arising out of Chauri P.S.Case No. 65 of 2016.
