2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioner for the post of Block Resource Person, Siwan.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 2.8.2023 before the respondents for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the District Education Officer cum the Chairman of the District Selection Committee, Siwan (respondent no.8) examine the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
