This application is filed for modification of order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59295 of 2023. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59295 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand) each with two

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57532 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioners, as ordered on 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59295 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59295 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
