ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but the police forcibly saddled the illicit country-made liquor on his shoulder.
