JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19385 of 2017, which has been dismissed for non compliance of order dated 20.04.2017, passed in this Case, by which petitioner was directed to remove the defect pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within a week.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that due to circumstances beyond his control, he could not remove the defect within the prescribed time and submitted that he will remove the defect by 30.06.2017 and prayed that the Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19385 of 2017, be restored.

In view of the fact stated in the restoration application and also in view of the submission, this application is allowed, let Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19385 of 2017, be restored to its original file and the defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed by the petitioner by 30.06.2017.
