2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.01.2024 at about 10:30 P.M., when the informant alongwith salesman reached at his shop and saw that shutter of his shop was opened and gold ornaments worth of Rs. 1,02,00,000/-, silver ornaments worth of Rs. 12,00,000/- and cash Rs. 8,00,000/- were stolen by the unknown thieves.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named is directed to furnish bail bond after three months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, subject to the condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
