JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which he did not name the petitioner and stated that it was one Indradeo Chauhan and some unknown persons who kidnapped him. Moreover, the victim appears to have been recovered from the house of the co-accused Indradeo Chauhan.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
