2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deo PS Case No.67 of 2025 dated 15.03.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner in the year 2011. After marriage, the informant's sister was being harassed and tortured at the hands of her husband. A panchayati also took place between the parties. It is further alleged that the petitioner had assaulted the informant's sister which she had informed him on mobile. On the alleged date of occurrence, one Chandan Kumar had informed the informant that his sister has committed suicide by hanging herself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

There are four sons and one daughter out of the wedlock. It is also submitted that the deceased was mentally sick. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. The deceased was alone in her house when she committed suicide. She has committed suicide due to mental disorder. There is nothing to show that the petitioner has abated to commit suicide. Petitioner is the sole earning member of the family and he has to look after five minor children. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2025 having clean antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Aurangabad, in Deo PS Case No.67 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
