Patna High Court MJC No.600 of 2015 (8) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 16.08.2016 passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna, which has been brought on the record as Annexure-1A/D to the aforesaid supplementary show cause, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 11.08.2014 passed in CWJC No. 1837 of 2014 by the writ Court as also the order dated 03.08.2016 passed in the present proceeding, have been complied with.

In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is disposed of as infructuous since the orders have been complied with.
