It is alleged that in physical examination, brother of the petitioner appeared in his place and subsequently, when the petitioner appeared in the examination, he was caught and the present case was lodged against the petitioner and others.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in NTPC P.S. Case no. 42/2015.
