The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 (G.R. No. 930 of 2017) registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that on receiving secrete information raid was conducted and 120 bottles each containing 200 ml. of illicit country made liquor recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.03.2017 and, as such, the petitioner deserves

Case No. 74 of 2017.
