In the present case, the dispute is with regard to date of appointment. As per the claim of the petitioner, he was appointed on 5.12.1985 and on the same day he joined the post as a Lecturer but, he has wrongly been shown to have joined the post of 7.12.1986 which made him junior to Jitendra Narayan Jha who has been made professor-in-charge. As the petitioner is the senior most person in the college, he should have been given that post. Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5655 of 2013 (3) dt.25-02-2016 Tribunal has already been constituted for resolving the dispute with respect to teachers of private colleges in view of Notification dated 20.12.2013.
In that view of the matter, the petitioner should approach the Tribunal for redressal of his grievance. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
