Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that the petitioner took her to Siligori but subsequently, she was dropped at Katihar railway station by the petitioner and she as well as petitioner were caught by the police at Katihar railway station. Victim also stated that she was in love with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Katihar in Mansahi P.S.
