The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case no. 92 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation of informant Ranjay Kumar is that on 01.04.2018 at about 8.00 A.M. he along with his wife, namely, Archana Kumari were cleaning the filed, which was purchased by him to Subodh Sharma at that time, five persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, reached there and started to abuse. At that time, Akhilanand Sharma and this petitioner, who were armed with pistol started assaulting,

No.28883 of 2018(2) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 Raghwendra Sharma and Kaushalendra Sharma started outrage the modesty of Archna Kumari, wife of the informant and Dhananjay Sharma caused injury through stick at the hand of Archana Kumari. At that time this petitioner fired at the informant, but the same was missed. The informant and his wife, anyhow, succeeded to flee away from there. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, due to land dispute hot talks were exchanged but with ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case with false allegation of causing assault and outrage the modesty of the wife of informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
