The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondent University to provide accommodation so that the petitioner may pursue her higher studies at Central University of South Bihar. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

Patna High Court CWJC No.15637 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 the petitioner may be allowed to construct hut in the campus of the Central University so that she may pursue her studies. The Court is afraid whether this kind of relief can be granted in exercise of power under Article 226 of Constitution of India. The problem of accommodation may be raised by the petitioner in before appropriate authority.

The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority for the relief, in any view of the matter, this Court cannot grant permission to the petitioner to construct hut in the campus of the University. The writ petition is, accordingly, rejected.
