JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this application which has been filed for restoration of CWJC No.18654 of 2010 which initially stood dismissed for non prosecution on 21.06.2011. Subsequently the writ application was restored. Again on 15.12.2014 the writ application was dismissed on merit in absence of the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, this Court does not find merit in this application. The application is dismissed. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U
