2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2018.

3. Prosecution case is that 12 liters country made liquor were recovered from place of occurrence .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from spot and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature .

6. Considering the that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from spot and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
