JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and are languishing in jail custody since 02.07.2015 in a case registered under section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In course of investigation, some burnt bed sheets were found in the room of the deceased and witnesses supported the prosecution story but taking into consideration that the investigation against these petitioners has already been completed and their detention only for the purpose of trial is not essential, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount
