The petitioner seeks bail in Case No C-2/198/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner was intercepted and 63 litres of Nepali Saufi wine was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 04.04.2017. The petitioner has remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
