The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kasma P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 138 of the Electricity Act.

It is alleged that without work permission the petitioner put 200Kg pole at a different place. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no pecuniary loss has been caused to department. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29681 of 2017 (3) dt.21-08-2017 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gay in Kasma P.S.
