2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that all the retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner. He has submitted that in respect of claim of the petitioner for release of gratuity and family pension, orders of the authority have already been issued on 28.02.2017 and by now the petitioner must have received the payments.

3. Considering the averments made in the counter affidavit

Patna High Court CWJC No.11576 of 2014 dt.20-04-2017 2/2 and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to ensure that actual payments pursuant to the orders of authority issued in favour of the petitioner be made, if already not made, forthwith.
