JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Aatma Yadav who opened fire on the informant and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is alleged that he and others made indiscriminate firing but according to prosecution case itself, the firing of the petitioner did not hit the informant. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Virendra Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Kaimur, Bhabua.
