The grievance of the petitioner is that he had supplied I.V. Infection Set (Adult) Urine Collecting Bags as per the order contained in Annexure-1 issued by the Darbhanga Medical College Hospital, Laheriasarai within the time specified and, thereafter, submitted his bills vide Annexure-2 to the Superintendent Darbhanga Medical College Hospital, Laheriasarai on 27.06.2013 and 22.08.2013 itself. Thereafter, petitioner has represented also and has given pleader's notice but nothing has happened and till date admitted dues have not been paid. In the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.4126 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 2/2 Court would be inclined to direct the Superintendent Darbhanga Medical College Hospital to examine the matter and if the dues are found admitted then the same should be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If he comes to the conclusion that nothing is to be paid to the petitioner then a reasoned order should be passed by him and that should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This writ application stands disposed of.
