JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.4.2008 passed by the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur by which selection of the petitioner for the post of Aanganbari Sevika has been cancelled.

Earlier respondent No.6 moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No.7580 of 2007 alleging illegality in the selection process. The writ application was disposed of on 16.7.2007 with a direction to the District Magistrate to examine the matter and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government. The inquiry officer found that the petitioner did not belong to the concerned Aanganbari centre and as such her selection has been cancelled.

No one appears for the petitioner.

Counsel for the State is present.
