ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 24.3.2011 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bettiah, West Champaran, in Maintenance Case No. 35(M) of 2010 by which he has directed the Petitioner to pay maintenance of Rs.2,000/ per months which was subsequently increased to Rs.5,000/- and the same has also been challenged by filing an Interlocutory Application. Considering that the Petitioner submits that he is only in a position to pay Rs.2,000/-, the amount of Rs.5,000/- is reduced to Rs.2,000/- per month.
