The entitlement of the claim is not a serious issue of dispute but certain legal formalities are required to be completed by bringing suitable changes in the rules governing the employees of the civil courts of the State of Bihar. This Court has already taken note of the fact in the previous writ petition that the matter is under active consideration of the High Court. No sooner the amendments are effected and notified, petitioner will surely derive benefit of the revision of pay and perks.
