In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.197 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner was asked to deposit the folder, containing the mark-sheet, to the investigating department, but he failed to do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the said folder to the investigating department.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26890 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 Surendra Paswan be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S.
