The license of the petitioner bearing License No. 3 of 2007 granted under the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 (hereinafter to be referred as 'the Control Order') as enforced vide Fair Price Shop Order, 2007 has been cancelled by the licensing authority-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, Mahnar in the district of Vaishali.

Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the writ petitioner to exhaust the remedy of
