JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol and one country made rifle are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when petitioner was caught on the spot by the police official but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, there was land dispute between one Arjun Chauhan and Raj Nandan Chouhan and the aforesaid Arjun Chauhan is father in law of sister of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner had gone to the house of his sister but he was implicated in this case by the police. It is further contended by him that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4046 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 languishing in jail custody since 19.09.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015.
