This is a case registered under Sections 384,387 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case by the husband of Asha Devi who had purchased some lands from the petitioner in September, 2015 vide sale deed dated 17.09.2015 (Annexure 2) wherein some dues has remained in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case and he is in custody since 11.01.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29881 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Begusarai in Begusarai Nagar P.S. No. 567 of 2016.
