JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on accusation that he snatched Rs.20,000/- from the informant on the point of country made cutta and also demanded extortion money from him, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner and informant are next door neighbour and as a matter of fact there is dispute and litigation between the parties and prior to institution of the present case, a proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. had been initiated between the parties. It is further contended that informant is in habit of lodging false cases against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2623 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.141 of 2015.
